Needed a new hot water tank. Salesman Neil came out. Gave us a quote. Next day installation. The guys who did install were fast. Friendly. Explained things to us. Highly recommend

Omar was very helpful and understanding of my needs. He explained everything clearly and made recommendations that actually made sense instead of selling me anything. All around great guy and knowledgeable with heating/cooling systems.

Without consent they signed me up to a subscription service and hung up on me multiple times when I asked for it to be cancelled. Proceed with caution.

When the furnace broke down on a bitterly cold Sunday night, my despair was acute… the realization that it was also a long weekend precluded the likelihood of any help, reliable or otherwise, being available. I was wrong. Reliance knights in shining armor rode to the rescue. Maintenance-man Trevor was considerate, knowledgeable and helpful – one of nature’s true gentlemen. Likewise personable Rene in sales, who loaned me his heaters and provided a variety of pathways toward resolving my heating issues. I congratulate Reliance Home Comfort for retaining these individuals.

Part II: Job Done
From Rene in sales, to Jason and his estimable team who put my heating to rights on a bone-chilling day, I could not be happier with these individuals’ service, know-how and problem-solving acuity. After a long day, Jason and Dillon even stayed even longer to safely unfreeze my water main tap, epitomizing the “Superior” in the company name. I am exceedingly grateful to these individuals for their professional, extra-mile service and do not hesitate to recommend them.

Nick (113069) was my EXCELLENT service rep. He arrived early (which was great!), checked out the hot water issue, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very personable ~ a commendable rep for your company! I will request him if another issue arises! (Website wouldn't let me submit this review until I entered an approx cost number for the service. I'm on contract so just put in approx number)

Manny and Eddy did good job at my house. Reliance has best tradesmen in Winnipeg.

Totally impressed with technician Eddy, professional, punctual, and very informative. Red residue was dealt with.
