The AC is not level. The unit also makes lots of noise when it starts up. Overall, not super satisfied.

Very great service, Paul was very courteous and friendly. He was pleasant and even made time to say hello to our old golden retriever (which I appreciated). He inspected our furnace and air conditioner, cleaned and corrected what needed to be fixed or replaced in a timely fashion! Highly recommend ed! Thank you Paul!

Jose was here to fix the A/C but unfortunatly it was the system. He was excellent- quick efficient and knowledgeable. He referred us to Renee, who was exceptional in explaining our options and helping us choose the correct system for our house. Heis experience in this field showed because he was able to tell us not only about the new systems, also our old system. He was also able to offer us options on a water system.

Plumbers Chao and Nick resolved all three plumbing problems despite the age of the plumbing they worked. Nick especially worked very diligently to ensure the work was done to the customer's satisfaction. Both servicemen were very friendly, quite informative, and open to customer questions as they worked. We're very pleased by the results.
