When the furnace broke down on a bitterly cold Sunday night, my despair was acute… the realization that it was also a long weekend precluded the likelihood of any help, reliable or otherwise, being available. I was wrong. Reliance knights in shining armor rode to the rescue. Maintenance-man Trevor was considerate, knowledgeable and helpful – one of nature’s true gentlemen. Likewise personable Rene in sales, who loaned me his heaters and provided a variety of pathways toward resolving my heating issues. I congratulate Reliance Home Comfort for retaining these individuals.

From Rene in sales, to Jason and his estimable team who put my heating to rights on a bone-chilling day, I could not be happier with these individuals’ service, know-how and problem-solving acuity. After a long day, Jason and Dillon even stayed even longer to safely unfreeze my water main tap, epitomizing the “Superior” in the company name.
