I was in complete shock, Patrick held my hand to give me moral support when I was crying and made me feel like my brother is near me and informed me that they will take care of everything. Viviane did not just act like an assistant manager but more like a friend, Service Master took care of everything and certainly when there were mistakes made they corrected them politely. They made my condo walls into a beautiful home again. I was so depressed they listened to me patiently and made me feel like a family member of theirs. Great service, great staff and great work. We had roof damage over the winter and ServiceMaster Restore of Markham had been recommended by friends for our repairs. They were professional and worked in a timely manner. They addressed any concerns we had with the repairs and covid-19 protocols. We would recommend there services to family and friends!!

The quotation and follow up by Eliza was very professional, and she was very pleasant to deal with throughout the process. The team and all their sub-trades were also efficient and completed the work very satisfactorily. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for work of this kind.

Servicemaster was very quick to come in to do emergency tear out of basement. The project manager did a ‘quick’ quote of the work that needed to be replaced and repaired. The quote was based on very inexpensive materials to be put into the basement. Many spaces(closets, stairs) were not accounted for in the quote. We were not happy with the quote and we eventually had to involve the adjuster and his manager to get the basement quoted again and get better quality materials placed in the basement. This conversation went on for months. The basement was finally completed 7 months later. The quality of the work was good, as were the timelines for completion once the work started. We eventually told Servicemaster that we no longer wished to work with the original project manager (Ray) and a second project manager (Daniel) took over. He was great. We are pleased with the completed project, but not the time and effort required to get the job done to our specifications. Lesson to be learned: Check your quotes carefully to make sure you are getting quality materials and that the measurements are exact.

The removed the carpet cleaned the floor and put a heater to dry the floor, then opened the ceiling in the living room to find out where the leak was coming from
