My house was Water damaged seriously from second floor to the basement. They did real professional jobs step by step to repair it and clean it as family members. My house comes back as original one. Really happy and appreciate!

Tear down ceiling, remove water soaked foam insulation, dry out, replace foam insulation, refinish garage ceiling and repaint.

Since the work was an insurance claim, we realized that it would take longer to begin work on site. When the work finally began, we were generally pleased with the rate of progress. Communication with the Customer Service representative was excellent. Jennifer was in touch daily to ensure that promised work was completed and that there was a plan to move forward. Additionally, she remained professional and understanding when we shared our frustration with different aspects of the rebuild.
Though we would not wish an insurance claim on anyone, we are pleased that it was handled with this level of care.

After meeting with David and also speaking with a few previous clients, I knew he was the contractor for us. We weren't disappointed. The quality of the work is evident when we invite our friends and family over and we watch the look of amazement on their awed faces.

Had a large fire/water loss in my mix-use development property where ServiceMaster of Markham was referred by a trusted colleague. The company was quick to respond, courteous & polite with detailed walk-through of how we were going to rectify the situation. I chose to keep ServiceMaster of Markham through both the emergency cleaning & drying phase into the construction portion of repairs. Give this team A+ for service, communication, workmanship & most of all; their genuine empathy for my predicament.

I plan to update my kitchen & bathroom soon with these guys once my budget allows.
