Horrible move, no attention to detail or the needs of the customer. NEVER AGAIN. Items "lost" or simply voided without our confirmation. Refused to discuss rationally instead screamed and made false accusations. Thankfully it's over with.

We moved a few days ago and were thrilled with the team who were assigned to us. Steve, Rob, Steven and Nate. They took excellent care of our furniture and were very nice to work with. We came in under budget...quite an unusual thing :) I would highly recommend this moving company.

Recently I used Bronte Movers for a one-bedroom move from Mississauga to Oakville. I was extremely pleased with the process from arranging the move date with the office staff to the actual move. On the day of the move they were on time, very professional, quick and friendly and I felt that they went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly. We had Bronte move a piano and some small items from Toronto to Burlington last week. Setting things up was easy and they arrived when they said . They assigned 3 people for the job - one veteran and two summer help. Lots of attitude from the older guy. There was a furniture piece we wanted moved from the second floor and there was no way he was going to do it . Said it wouldn't fit down the stairs and we must have renovated the place after it was moved upstairs. Well no renovations have taken place and there are larger couches and other furniture that has been moved recently . Just wasn't going to happen. Piano was moved all right. In all ended up paying over $1000 to just move a piano and a few odds and ends that only took one person 30 min to load . Now I still have to get someone else to come and move the other piece. Oh and the older guy kept telling me what a deal I was getting! Called the office and was promised the owner would call me back to discuss but never happened. At least they didn't damage anything.

I was very satisfied with this company as they have done everything we have asked and on time. They moved everything needed and when I was asking for specific things to be moved with more careful they did so. They have done such a good job that I got them to help my brother moved into Burlington.

This company moved me in and out of my house while renovations were being sone. They did an absolutely SUPERB job. They were really helpful. I found this company through word of mouth and would most definitely recommend them to others.
