I have, for some years, had my furnace serviced in the fall. It is a , peace of mind, objective. The past few years I have called Gandy. The job was done today and the technician was prompt, pleasant and efficient.

From the women who answer the phone to Bryan the tech. All are very knowledgeable and friendly. On the first call thru Gandy, Bryan was the tech that was sent. He explains everything, answers all questions with patience and is very efficient. At the time of checking my furnace he noticed my water tank was quite old and suggested that i think about installing a new one in the near future. He did not push, did not try to be a salesman. Just gave me the facts and left it up to me. I googled the info and sure enough my hot water tank near its final legs. I appreciate Bryans honesty and not trying to grab a sale. I now request Bryan for all my service calls and checking over any warranty that I may have. He is very professional and I have yet to be disappointed. He and the rest of the staff are an asset to Gandy. Thanks to you all for the great customer service

I wanted to possibly run my furnace fan in the summer for air, so the staff answered my questions by phone and gave me a ballpark cost, then inspected my set up and made the changes. Cheap and great as usual for Gandy! 10/10!

I ordered an air conditioner install through Costco. I was very pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of everyone involved. Gandy installations and the employee working for them on my install, made the whole experience very pleasurable.

When our heat pump went down, we contacted the warranty approved service agent, Gandy. They were prompt in setting up a service call. From start to finish Matt and his team were fast, knowledgeable and professional. They take customer service incredibly seriously. We were treated according to our personal situation, not as a standard problem with a set fix. Matt coordinated everything with the manufacturer re: warranty, and their service agents were outstanding.
Follow up after the call has been exemplary. In the end we have a fully functioning heat pump with little cost to my family.

Service technician Brian Crawford attended and serviced our furnace and air conditioner, did a very thorough job, very neat and tidy.After work was completed he explained all the work that he performed, and any issues with the equipment An excellent technician, very personable, very knowledgeable with this equipment, a real asset to the Gandy Company. I will be sure to use him again next year. Thanks for the great work.

I am totally satisfied with the service that I received from Gandy Installations. The service person arrived as scheduled and knew right away what needed to be replaced. Of course, we had already cleared the area, removed the cover, and reported the error code to be more efficient. He was available to pick up the part asap and got the furnace up and working. I would recommend them.

Our furnace was 22 years old. We had several estimates for replacement however none were of the extreme detail as that of Gandy installations. It was obvious our furnace was originally installed incorrectly and Gandy was the only company which explained in detail what was wrong and how to correct it. I honestly feel the customer is in their best interest. Their after install service is excellent. It has been two months now and we are fully satisfied.

I had Gandy install dampers in my furnace vents and a photoelectric smoke alarm in the furnace as well. From start to finish, they presented themselves in a professional manner and completed the work without delay. Thanks again for your help. I will not hesitate to refer you in the future.
