Wow! Excellent, excellent service! Brian and Broderick were so professional, efficient, friendly and informative regarding maintenance of our furnace. I went with Gandy because we used to use CR Martin & Heating (no longer in business) and Gandy has some employees from CR Martin & Heating. I highly recommend Gandy. We had a much needed tune-up of our Carrier furnace and the cost included a new filter. Well worth it...totally trust them. Thank you!

Cleaned thermocouple and pilot found build up, worked that day did not work next day. They returned and replaced thermocouple. I only paid for the thermocouple the second time. Job well done in a timely manner.

Briefly I had a problem with no heat from furnace Feb 20/17. Gandy sent 2 techs, however neither one seemed to know what they were doing. They thought it was a thermostat problem, and wasted 20 minutes checking it and blaming the battery (the battery was fine).Finally they found the problem, same problem as our previous call, tube blocked with debris. I understand why they sent 2 techs, one to hold the cell phone and one to fix the furnace (neither one had brought a flashlight.
Mar 23/17 same problem with no heat. After speaking to Gandy, I decided to hire a different company. What a difference! Same problem, tube blocked with debris. However only $104 to fix and problem fixed in less than 1/2 hour.
Not impressed at all with Gandy charges and work performed.

My 26 y/o furnace finally died (in the middle of our recent cold snap) and several people recommended that I call Gandy. It was a complicated and difficult installation due to Strata limitations but Rob D persevered and got the permission we needed. Lance M and Rob C did a really great job on the tricky install and I very much appreciate the timely and professional service given by all involved.

Had a tricky problem on an older furnace. Technician did a great job of quickly figuring out the problem, had the replacement part there, installed it, and tested the system. Furnace has been working wonderfully since. Would highly recommend Gandy.

We were having a problem with our heat and called Gandy. We have used them in the past. They immediately diagnosed our problem and took care of what needed to be done. Very happy with the work that was done. Will call them again.

Have used Gandy for years to service my furnace and have always been very pleased with the prompt and good service I have received. This year I had them service my two fireplaces as well. I was a quite upset after the fact that I found other fireplace servicing providers were giving substantial discounts for having everything serviced at the same time.

In March, 2014 Gandy replaced our furnace with a new efficient unit and a Pure Air filtration system.

Being a Strata complex we had to make sure any exterior venting met council's approval. When Gandy completed the work our Maintenance representative came to inspect the exterior and commented that he was going to use ours as the model for others to follow.

Our annual servicing has been excellent and our favourite serviceman is Brian. He neither hears or speaks but his communication is exceptional and we feel confident of the work being done.

Our heating costs have been reduced significantly and the Pure Air filtration has been a blessing for my wife who has COPD by almost cutting out dust entirely.

I live in Surrey not Toronto but that is a computer glitch not a service issue.

Brian, the service man, has been servicing our furnace and heath pump for 6 years. He is skilled and highly reliable.
We thank Gandy for having him as their employee.
Brian is very knowledgeable and he helped us to solve a warranty problem we encountered.

We found out we didn't have any heat at all when trying to turn our furnace on and as soon as we contacted Gandy they were quick to arrange a service call and squeeze us in for the next day. From there they were quick to get the part ordered and arrange to get us some heat as soon as they could. Always been happy with their service, but even more so when they gave us heat!
