new condo looking for custom closet look , the boys that came in did a great job , were neat and efficient... our consultant did a wonderful job laying out the plans for us . all in all good job all around.

Monica was so helpful suggesting a design and the installation was so well done without a hitch! We wanted to add new shelves after the closet was installed and they made that process easy as well! I would definitely recommend Cosets by Design to anyone for the exceptional service and quality products.

Initial installation problematic - doors did not fit and some materials not available - understandable given this was during Covid. Some materials received and installed a few weeks later.
Correct door panels ordered. Appears a misunderstanding between the designer and ourselves as the client. Centre section of closet was not accessible with doors that were ordered and i stalled. Problem was rectified without any issue with the company.
Six weeks later they were installed…surprised that proper hardware not brought to complete the job and existing track was modified not replaced. One side was fine but when job complete other side of closet needed adjusting as centre section not accessible. Installer returned and completed the job, once again modifying existing tracking. Satisfied once job completed.
Materials purchased are of good quality and standard. Installation could have been better - incorrect cutting of baseboard with the first installation but rectified when the proper doors where installed.

We had previously gotten a walk-in closet redone by Closets by Design, and this time we needed a hallway closet redone. The designer who came was professional and discussed different options that would meet our needs. She came up with a design that we liked and scheduled a date for the install. On install day, everything went very smoothly as well. The closet is a much better use of space than what we had previously, and we're very happy with it!

I think the only minor complaint was the long time between getting the design and the install - it was something like 6 or 8 weeks. We weren't in a rush so it was fine, but obviously sooner would be nicer :)

The recommendation by the consultant was good and the design input was helpful. The installers were on time, efficient and neat. They were precise in their install.

Would recommend them 100%. They did work for us in Toronto about 20 years ago and I still love the work they did

Closets by design was a very positive experience for our family. My daughter is delighted with her vanity and closet. The price was reasonable and fair, and the workmanship was excellent. A very positive experience all around. Will definitely recommend.

Sales rep was fantastic, and handled us very professionally we are very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended for your closet upgrades!
