Closets By Design Niagara

While the products and service are very good , I feel their so-called "sale" of 40% off is misleading. They have been advertising that for more than a year so it has become their standard pricing. Of course it was my decision to make the purchase but I did feel manipulated by "this offer expires soon". It never has expired.

Rocky start - I had an appointment for a designer to come out but no one came. When I called, they set me up with another appointment and Natalie was wonderful. I was her last appointment after a long day and she was still very kind, followed all COVID safety precautions, and came up with a design that maximized my small space. Delivery was slightly delayed due to the pandemic, but when it came, installation was extremely fast and efficient. Will use them again if I ever need more work done!

We worked with Lori (our consultant) to design our closet. She helped us figure out our design choices to find a beautiful look to small walk in closet, which helped maximize the space. Mark the installer did a good job,, Would have been nice to have the closet cleaned of dust and dirt from the factory.

The biggest problem is the color of the cabinet doors are not even close on matching with the Ivory shelves. Is a small closet and look terrible.
Also looking back how does a closet this small at %45 percent off come to $6078.. so in full price this closet would be $10,000? I don't think so.

Very unsatisfied for the money I paid.

From start to finish everyone was very professional, the young lady who came to help us with the layout did a terrific job.
Her measurements were perfect and when they came for the installation everything fit perfectly.
Also the options were explained very clearly as to what you could have and the cost for each item.

Wendy is an amazing designer.
She listens to what you want and makes great suggestions. She is very thorough, friendly and professional at the same time.

Very satisfied with the work. My clothes had been in boxes for months because of a move. Now it all looks neat and efficient. The workers were polite, quick and did an excellent job. I have nothing but praise for this company!
