Closets By Design were a pleasure to work with! They presented a great plan after talking to us about our needs and analyzing the potential of the old closets. They worked with us within our budget which was great. The installation of the closets went super smoothly and they did a beautiful job! We are so very happy with how our closets turned out!

This is the third time I've used Closets by Design Niagara to improve my closet spaces. From the moment I called the office to the moment the installer left my house, it was a wonderful experience. Customer service staff were responsive and friendly, and the designer and installer impressively professional. I love my new cliset space!

When we suggested a different height rep did not explain that the top hanger bar cannot be at the top because of hangers and that you need to build in hanger clearance.

So we now have a unit that is too small and the company won't do anything to fix it. Terribly disappointed

The installers were quick and efficient. It is an expensive endeavour however the quick and professional installation was worth it.

CBD designed and installed a walk in closet and a built in closet for our kids. They spent the time to work with us and our kids on design, really understanding how they use their space. The installation was on time and went smoothly and we are all thrilled with the results. The kid have so much more storage in their rooms, we were able to get rid of their dressers creating more space in their bedrooms.

This was not inexpensive but on par or better than other quotes. Designer was attentive and knowledgeable. Her design allowed for much more effective use of space. Manufacturing was slower than I had hoped but installation was efficient. One minor problem with installation was addressed promptly. Would recommend this company

I am very happy with Lorie and the installer but I believe my closet is not worth 2300. Most private contractors can do it for a lot less. Plus the money would gave gone to someone who could gave used it. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

You can definitely get better quality & service elsewhere.
Once I paid & booked my installation. I emailed with questions numerous times & no one got back to me.
After installation, the closet required a lot of cleaning, a few of my shelves were scratched on the edges & we had to adjust the shelf pegs so that the shelves would sit straight.
I felt once I booked the install the designer didn’t have time to answer any questions or get back to me. The company asked for my honest review & also did not get back to me. Overall, pretty disappointed in this company
