You can definitely get better quality & service elsewhere. Once I paid & booked my installation. I emailed with questions numerous times & no one got back to me. After installation, the closet required a lot of cleaning, a few of my shelves were scratched on the edges & we had to adjust the shelf pegs so that the shelves would sit straight. I felt once I booked the install the designer didn’t have time to answer any questions or get back to me. The company asked for my honest review & also did not get back to me. Overall, pretty disappointed in this company

After my last 2 bad experiences with rude sales people at the Milton store, I swore I would never go back. I went back today because Home Hardware was the only store that carried the product I was looking for. When I asked the sales associate (Vivienne) in the paint department for Porc-a-fix she huffed very loudly & then took me to a line of products. When I told her they were not the right items, she said "well then we don’t carry it". I told her that I saw it on the website & she responded with "what is the item # then?” I had to use my personal cell phone to go on the website to look up the item #, she pulled my phone to see the # & then starting walking away, I followed her & she turned around & looked at me & said (almost yelling) "what is the colour you said you needed?” I told her there were 2 different ones I wanted & she said (still close to yelling) “No, what is the colour”? I asked her to show me where the products were & I would figure it out myself. She pointed & said “Here”. I asked here why she was being rude & she said “I am not being rude” I said I absolutely disagree & will be letting the store know how inappropriate you have acted. It’s no wonder these smaller Canadian stores are going to go out of business.
