Closets By Design Niagara

We are very happy with our new closets. We are planing to do two more in the near future.

The workman was great. He was polite and asked me when he needed to do any changes. Very pleased with his finished work. The home designer was also excellent and was very helpful.

The renovation was not as I expected. I am not able to use the top of the closet for storage as there is not enough room to fit any shoes. I thought the bars on the sides would be installed sideways in order for coats to be hung on the side instead of facing the closet. The bench was placed too high (child could not sit on it) had to get installer to come back. Not worth paying $2000

We had a closet out into our master bedroom. We were very pleased with the work - the installation and the craftsmanship.

This the 4th time I have chosen Closets by Design (master closet, granny suite closet, office desk with window seat)
and now guest room closet. Their designers are great, as well as their installers. I highly recommend them.m my

Excellent design and workmanship! The cost is very inflated for what was installed . I was obliged to use a credit I had instead of getting a refund

Salesperson did not follow through on visits to ensure cabinets would fit properly. No follow up when project was complete. No support from head office.

Great concept from the designer and the work by the installer was 99% excellent. This is the 2nd time we have used this firm and because we were so pleased with their 1st closet work they did for us.

The problem — or disappointment is simple — the closet was designed to go from floor to ceiling. In reality the finish trim at the top leaves a gap from end to end. Not a smidging but a solid inch. So now instead of a truly custom look we have a dark gap between closet and ceiling.

We contacted the designer to explain the situation — she hadn't seen the finished work — and was told she would look into it. No action as far as we know and no word on when or if the job will be finished. All it needs is a wider piece of finish trim. Why oh why do firms let themselves down by missing the details (four grand plus is not peanuts) and for less than excellent communication once the work has been paid for.

The closet looks great. I am able to display my shoes, purses and my clothes. My husband has his own area were he can hang his ties and belts. The service installer was very professional. Would do it again.

I am very happy with the service provided. The quality is good. The timing was met and the finished product is excellent. Deepali (designer) was informed, skilled and a pleasure to work with. Mark (installer) was great and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great asset to the company.
