Spring Home did an oil to gas conversion for us this summer. It was a pretty rigorous and involved process and took an entire day. It was handled brilliantly by the Spring Home employees. The oil tank and furnace were removed by a subcontractor early in the morning. Afterwards Tiger and his helper crew arrived to install the Lennox furnace. Excellent workmanship. Very polite and left the work area tidy. Tiger did a good job trying to minimize the damage to the dry wall when he had to fish a new line for the control wires to the thermostat. Kudos to Cy for checking up on us a few times afterwards as well.

Cy and his team did a wonderful job of installing a Mitsubishi Ductless A/C unit (Cool/Heat/Dehumidify) on the second floor of my rental property. The Mitsubishi unit is absolutely amazing, and is worth every penny. Just running it in De-humidification mode cools the whole 2nd floor which is approximately 1000 sq ft, and which before, was virtually unbearable even with the whole house central air. Spring Home technicians were very polite, and worked hard throughout the course of the day to install the A/C unit. Very pleased with the whole process (from quoting to installation), and will use Spring home in the future for my heating and cooling needs!

My AC stopped working on a hot summer day. A friend recommended Spring Home and he is right. I am very satisfied with their services. George is very nice and knowledgeable about the products. He helped me pick the right products and the installation team are very prompt and courteous. They worked on a wet day but kept my house clean. They did an excellent job. George also followed up after the job is done to make sure everything is good. They really care about customers. I highly recommend them to any one who wants to have heating or cooling jobs done.

After a lot of my own research, I spoke to Cy at Spring Home. He was very knowledgeable on their product lines and was able to select products that suited my needs. Cy was able to determine the best product specifications based on my home sizing and my own personal requirements and was very patient with the questions that I had.

On the day of installation, Tiger's team explained clearly the process of their installation and exactly what would be done. Their installation was clean, quick, and everything in terms of maintenance steps was explained thoroughly.

I researched several companies and sent out emails to everyone. Cy from Spring Home called me back within an hour. This was a very good first impression for me. Cy was very accommodating because of my busy work schedule so we finally met within a few days. Cy was very thorough with his inspection, recommendations, pricing and in answering all of my questions. I didn't feel any pressure on making a decision. Spring Home's pricing was very competitive. After meeting with two other companies, the choice was easy - Spring Home. Cy even arranged to have his installers fix two pieces of sheet metal for me while installing the unit. The installers were very courteous, friendly and also answered my questions. The quality of workmanship was superb. Everything was neat and tidy, jus the way I like it. My husband and I got married in May and instead of going on a honey moon we invested in a new furnace and air conditioner. I interviewed many companies with different and the same brands used by Spring Home. Even though I got cheaper quotes I felt more confident going with Cy because of personality and professionalism. He was the only person that gave me a different idea of where to put the AC unit so we can use both sides of walk paths. Three workers were at my house two weeks later and spent the entire day from 9am to 8pm until everything was completed and explained to me. I loved the job they did! They were neat, worked well together, and even apologized for speaking their language in front of me. About two weeks after installation there was a heat wave and I came home to notice an Alert on the thermostat. I called Cy and told him what was happening and he sent someone over the same night to correct the issue.In just an hour the house was fresh again and I was happy I didn't have sleep in the den. Cy followed up with me and I felt so valued as a customer and an investor! It was a great investment and we made the right decision! Now as winter is approaching I am looking forward to save on our HE furnace and I'm pretty sure I'll never have to pay another $260 heating bill. I was a first-time owner of a house with central air and to my dismay the 20-yr old air conditioner was broken when I tried to turn it on the first time in May. I searched for 5 companies here on Homestars with exceptional ratings but only 2 bothered to respond. Cy from Spring Home was by far the most helpful and most knowledgeable. I was impressed by his knowledge regarding a/c's. I had so many questions and he patiently answered all of them in detail, unlike some companies that may try to rush you and give you partial answers perhaps due to a lack of knowledge. Cy recommended relocating the a/c mounting points to reduce chance of vibration/noise as well as the capping of some vents to prevent birds from nesting in there. He recommended me the proper a/c unit and did not upsell me at all. The actual installation of the a/c and humidifier was done expediently and professionally with the techs arriving on time. Afterward, Cy followed up to see how everything was going. At the end, I felt like I dealt with a knowledgeable and trustworthy company and that's more important than judging on price alone. Having said that, Cy's prices on the Lennox units were indeed very good! What a bonus! Here I am, almost 5 months later, emailing the company questions about how to set the humidifer settings and they reply to me right away without hesitation.
