My husband and I got married in May and instead of going on a honey moon we invested in a new furnace and air conditioner. I interviewed many companies with different and the same brands used by Spring Home. Even though I got cheaper quotes I felt more confident going with Cy because of personality and professionalism. He was the only person that gave me a different idea of where to put the AC unit so we can use both sides of walk paths. Three workers were at my house two weeks later and spent the entire day from 9am to 8pm until everything was completed and explained to me. I loved the job they did! They were neat, worked well together, and even apologized for speaking their language in front of me. About two weeks after installation there was a heat wave and I came home to notice an Alert on the thermostat. I called Cy and told him what was happening and he sent someone over the same night to correct the issue.In just an hour the house was fresh again and I was happy I didn't have sleep in the den. Cy followed up with me and I felt so valued as a customer and an investor! It was a great investment and we made the right decision!
