At Weed Man we always apply all of our services to our customer’s backyards first and then treat the front lawns. The reason for this company standard is that sometimes the backyard gate is locked and we are unable to treat the entire property, therefore we will not do just a portion of the lawn and call the customer back to reschedule the service call. Weed Man does not regrass/sod lawns so I am unsure if we were even servicing your property last year. If it was our Weed Man franchise that was maintaining your lawn please contact my office and we will rectify this concern immediately.
