Tom arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had just bought a new house and wanted the locks changed on two doors. We ended up getting a new lock installed on the front door of the house which was of a higher quality than the previous lock, and also had the garage door lock re-keyed. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. I had originally planned on just re-keying the existing locks in my house, which I had recently moved in to. However, Tom recommended that I replace the current locks with new, higher-quality hardware as the existing locks were subpar. The work was done very well in my mind.
