Tom arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had just bought a new house and wanted the locks changed on two doors. We ended up getting a new lock installed on the front door of the house which was of a higher quality than the previous lock, and also had the garage door lock re-keyed. Tom provided extra keys at no charge and did a great job with the locks. I would recommend Victory Locks to anyone in the GTA!
