I called Tom to come and fix the locks on my bathroom and bedroom door. He came on the same day that I made the service call. I found him to be thorough, pleasant and professional. He came on time and treated my home with the utmost respect. He explained everything that he was going to do and charged me a fair price for services rendered. Will call him again in a jiffy should the need arise.

We moved into a new home in Vaughan and needed to change the locks on all 3 doors (front, rear, garage). I was interested in the convenience of a digital keypad lock on the front door, but didn't really know much about them. I called Victory locks based on the positive reviews on HomeStars, and Tom didn't disappoint. He arrived on schedule, patiently advised me on the different digital keypad locks available to me, and then completed his work quietly and efficiently, cleaning up when he was done. He took the time to show me all of the functions of the keypad lock. I highly recommend Tom and Victory Locks.

Tom, and Victory Locks Ltd worked with my schedule, arrived at the discussed time with all the necessary tools for the job and completed the work efficiently, to a high standard of quality and at a great price. Tom's professional conduct and knowledge meant that when we hit a snag with the rear door locking cylinder he was able to adapt and had parts on hand to replace as necessary without effecting time and with minimal effect on cost. I called Tom on a Friday because the 23 year old lock on our front door finally died. We couldn't get in the front door and couldn't lock it from the inside. He came on a Sunday at no extra charge. He replaced the internal cylinders on the lock and put a flip lock on the inside so we no longer needed a key to lock it from the inside. He was also able to key the lock to the existing keys which saved me quite a bit of money and hassle in not having to give new keys to family and friends. He didn't try to sell me a more expensive new lock and was professional and friendly and had the job done in 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the work he did and highly recommend him.
