We requested a service call when our Hot Water Tank supply had sprung a leak from a poorly soldered connection (previously done by another plumber). A plumber was able to come within 24 hours (we shut off the supply valve until then) and he was courteous and fast in completing the job. Though it was a minor repair it was handled as though it was urgent, especially since it was over the holidays. Great service, overall.

Tom's professional conduct and knowledge meant that when we hit a snag with the rear door locking cylinder he was able to adapt and had parts on hand to replace as necessary without effecting time and with minimal effect on cost. I would strongly recommend this company for any locksmith work.
