i called tom because our doorknob broke in the middle of winter and we needed a quick repair. he was at our place in less than two hours and charged us WAY below his rate. he was lovely, accommodating and extremely capable. high, high recommendations from us.

I have been having trouble locking and unlocking my front door in the extreme cold and finally called Victory Locks. This was my second time using their service and boy - I wish every home related service worked as quickly, courteously, and headache-free as Victory Locks! Tom answered my call immediately and agreed to a time that was most convenient to me and my tight schedule. He showed up 10 minutes early and quickly assessed, explained, and fixed the issue with my door. It was such a quick fix, and being a repeat customer, he didn't even charge me! I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs a locksmith.

While replacing my front door lock with a Schlage keypad deadbolt, I discovered that the hole was too small for the lock. Called Tom from Victory Locks and came within a couple hours to help me enlarge the hole and install the lock within half an hour. Service was fast, and Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our rental unit lock died ie battery did not work (it was a keyless) and the tenant lost the key.

Tom and his assistant came out promptly, fixed the lock and replaced it with a new one. They cleaned up the mess.
