Chris Ford and his trainee Cliff provided the above service on September 15, 2014. They attended promptly and within the booked time period. Chris and Cliff were friendly, courteous and professional. They explained what they would do and how much it would cost before they began. It is a pleasure to deal with them and all of the friendly and helpful staff at the companies' office. I called Tom to replace the lock on our back door, because we had lost the keys. He returned my call promptly and showed up even earlier than scheduled on the agreed upon date. Tom is knowledgeable,friendly and fast. Based on his advice, my wife and I decided to replace the locks on both doors, as the ones installed by the previous owner were easily broken. He warranted the locks for as long as we own the home. I would highly recommend Tom for his fast, friendly service, excellent product knowledge and his customer-based approach

We could not get hot water. Direct Energy confirmed it was not the gas heater. Chris Cochrane and Marim from Mr. Rooter came promptly, identified the cause of our problem and corrected it. All in a very short period of time. I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions since moving to this home in 2004. I have always received prompt, courteous and reasonably priced services. The office staff - hey Laurie & Diane - are very helpful too. I have no qualms about recommending this group for plumbing issues.
