The visit was a follow up to a previous service call which didn't go that well.
Earl was very reassuring and I was quite confident in his diagnosis of the problem.

We recognize and commend Earl Bretherton for his persistence in identifying and correcting the problem we had with water backing up into our shower and toilet. He is a skilled and knowledgeable technician and adds to Milani's solid reputation. A job well done!

The technician wore protection on his shoes while on the carpet, he also removed the entrance rug from door, removed the old tank etc. He recommended the installation of a new pressure reducing valve. Checked for leaks in both gas and water. Explained how to light the tank.

Quick response. Their 24 hour emergency call line means you can arrange an appointment without playing telephone tag with an answering machine. The technician was very professional and pleasant. Our Strata has used them for years in flushing drain tiles and have found them dependable. They may cost more, but if anything goes wrong they are honorable and will make the effort to satisfy the customer

We love Milani especially Pete who we request every time we need work done. He is professional, knowledgeable and most helpful. We have a quirky heritage hot water heating system which Pete understands fully. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

We received a brochure on our house door knob 3 days ago. I phoned and got an appointment very quickly. The technician arrived on time. He was very professional yet explained things to me in a very simple way.Our problems were resolved, gas fireplace and furnace repairs. We also made plans to have future repairs done. Once he left, the main office phoned to book another repair and again I received a prompt appointment. Excellent service-I will definitely use Milani again and would not hesitate to recommend the services they offer to other people.

I Had Milani install a Hot Water tank..they arrived when scheduled, quickly fixed the problem and they were very fairly priced...they removed the old Water tank and cleaned up after themselves...good job Milani
