Excellent and very professional service, the furnace diagnostic (blower motor died) and repair was excellent and really fast. Their found the furnace was still on warranty, got the part and less than in a day everything was fixed. Communication is above the high level.

McKinnon was quick and efficient in helping me with the replacement of my tankless water heater. The entire team from the office staff to the techs were a pleasure to deal with. I would Highly recommend them for any issues or service needs you may encounter.

For me, McKinnon (and Mike) is my go-to for any kind of heating or air con repair. They have serviced my house multiple times (fixing the original air conditioner that no one else could fix! installing a split duct air conditioner, and putting in my new water tank. McKinnon has completed several jobs for us over the years. This time, as in all the prior visits, Michael and his team were fast, efficient and reliable. The tuning leading from the water tank to the boiler weee not up to standard and were replaced along a pump that wasnt working. Everything was done quickly and now its warm and cozy. Thanks a lot!

I had phoned yesterday that we had a furnace issue - the fan was not working. Bran showed up first thing this am. He has been here before. He is very professional, friendly and competent. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Just wanted to pass along that he/McKinnon provided excellent service.
