Plumber's, drywallers and painters were very professional. They were on time, did excellent work, cleaned up and answered any and all questions I had.
I had no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend them for the work done on this project.

Without getting into details trades people have all the power. Itˋs like if you dont like this company and complain they really dont care "and they know it" because they have soooo much work. Chris the on site manager tried to help but after a while it felt like I was bothering him and he fluffed me off.
That my experiance with Jermark.

We just had our Kitec piping replaced in the condominium building. The crew is extremely efficient and on time. The pipes were replaced and tested withi one day. Next day inspected again and then all the walls patched and painted. Highly recommend this company, they know their timelines and are able to execute on it.

Our property manager called Jermark in to replace three faulty shutoff valves in our condo, all in one place within a few inches of each other; a very simple, straightforward job. I reviewed the invoice with the PM.

Apart from performing the sloppiest soldering I've ever seen, Jermark charged us for SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS labour, and over $460 for parts that retail for under $115. (They charged us OVER NINE DOLLARS for a simple copper elbow that costs $0.89 at Home Depot. ALMOST FIFTY DOLLARS for two couplings that retail for $6.50.) They also reused some of our existing parts (I know because they had our paint on them) but charged us for brand new.

After the PM complained, they gave us a partial credit on the labour, but explained the parts pricing as being a result of buying from a plumbing supply company, not Home Depot, and they did not explain the old paint on "brand new" parts. They did not reduce the charges for parts. I called a plumbing supply company and asked for their price on a copper elbow: they said they would charge a plumber $1.85 -- NOT over $9.00, as Jermark charged us.

Needless to say, Jermark will NOT be hired again for work in our building.

My condo building contracted Jermark Plumbing to replace faulty Kitec piping in all units. Very organized, efficient, and professional team, led by Chris, who without any doubt, is a rare gem professional of our Toronto community. Excellent work, and highly recommended!

I called them in due to the relationship that they had with my condo. My experience was horrible. As he worked on my condo, he was not only unable to fix the issue, he damaged my cabinets.

The company never fixed my plumbing issue. I had to call another plumber to finish the work. I would recommend that you stay away from this company.

We live in a condo and we had to use an approved service for the first part of our kitchen renovation. Booking an appointment takes a week, and the first part of the service was ok and achieved the goal. We booked for the second appointment to install the sink and complete the job. On the day the plumber was a no show and after calling to check why, we find out that the appointment was not put in their calendar. While that is a mistake that could happen, I could understand if there were efforts to rectify it. Instead I was told I did not book it, as well given another week for the next appointment. It is very disappointing that the work ethic is to falsely blame the customer and not help complete the job. I could not recommend the company not as much due to the plumbing services themselves but due to the lack of professionalism in dealing with customers.

Jermark plumbing come to do are kitchen stack cleaning the two works were clean . They cover the work area with drop sheets . The drain was in bad shape the poor plumber was in my unit for two hour clean the drain with a snake (white Chuck of hard gease was in my pipe)

Jermark was contracted by my condo building to replace faulty Kitec piping in each of the apartments. They replaced all the water supply pipes in my apartment in ONE DAY (actually about six hours). They were clean, polite, efficient and very well organized. Excellent work.
