I am so impressed with the customer service.
Our 20 year old screen door was not closing properly. We thought a new door handle was needed. I was connected to Jim (who has helped me in the past) and, after asking a number of questions to get a better understanding of the problem, he told me how to fix it, eliminating the need and cost of a service call.
You don't get that kind of stellar service anymore. THANK YOU, Jim!
