Replaced 16 year old rental water heater with new rental. Install technician scratched the hardwood floor in several places with the dolly bottom and smeared the carpet with black rubber residue from the dolly tires in other places. When the installation was finished and the water was turned back on, one of the pipe joints was leaking and it took an additional 20 minutes to drain the system and repair it.

The worst service and customer care you will ever get. Tried them 3 times for furance and Air filter system. They have worst policy. Please don't go to them.

The technician that came was very knowledgeable and nice. He fixed my furnace problem in 30 seconds. Just a material build-up on the thermostat and things shut down.
