My kitchen sink was totally blocked and even though I used Drano and left overnight when I checked next morning it was still blocked.
Called Enercare at 3 am and they scheduled appointment same day. The technician that came Raju was punctual, polite and made sure I understood what the problem was and what he was doing to rectify.

Overall the services from beginning to end from Enercare was exceptional.

I had a diagnosis completed on my Water Heater which was replaced the same day .

Ali the plumber who fixed our issue is one of the best plumbers I have ever come across. He is professional, very knowledgeable, explained what was going on and everything invloved and left the space clean. He is first class and highly recommend his quality of service.

Ali, the Enercare representative came to my place within less then a couple hours from the time I called Enercare at noon on a Saturday. He patiently explained me the options and let me choose the best one for me without any pressure and salesman tactics. He then made arrangements that a crew is sent to install the furnace first thing Monday morning. Ali has done his job with high professionalism. Also, the crew of two technicians who installed the furnace did an absolutely amazing job. They protected the floors and cleaned up after the work was complete leaving everything behind in pristine condition. They not only replaced the actual furnace unit but also the air return ductwork and did a new draining from furnace and humidifier. Excellent done! I highly recommend Enercare services.

I was renting a water heater from them that broke down. After sending a technician to confirm that the tank was broken (not not fixed), they continued to charge me a monthly fee. Finally, I was fed up with them and purchased my own tank to replace the broken one. They had the gall to continue to charge me a monthly fee until the broken tank was picked up by their team several days later (and also charge a $75 pick up fee). STAY AWAY and buy your own tank. It's so much cheaper (5 years is the breakeven time).

I gave plumbing coverage, enercare sent a plumber. Says he can't fix. Got call back in 3 weeks was advised I should have scheduled for another plumber.

I was really pleased with representatives Curtis and Joe, on time, pleasant, answered my questions, respected my home. Very good. The customer reps not very much, first one back in spring told me I was no longer eligible to have two inspections, one for airconditioning in spring and one for furnace in fall even though I pay for it. I was advised I could not book airconditioning even though it was May and had to call back in Fall for furnace. 2nd call in fall their phone was breaking up, had to repeat myself, couldnt understand. Not impressed but got furnace call scheduled. The technicians were great would recommend them to anyone. Too bad original Service Experts had to be folded into Enercare.
I bought my furnace and airconditioning from Service Experts and have never had a problem with them.
