Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning

Duct cleaning is usually a hustle, from the process of finding a company, booking the appointment, taking time off work, waiting for them when they are late etc.
Dial One was nothing like that! They were the first company that I found on Google, I called them and they were at my house first thing Saturday morning (when it was convenient for me). They were right on time, even a few minutes early. Extremely pleasant to deal with, I dealt with Joe. I've ordered duct cleaning numerous times over the past decade, but never have seen equipment anything like these guys were using - state of the art! Everything was done much quicker then I expected. I was shocked to see how messy my ducts were before they came! I am recommending Dial One to all of my friends and family and to anyone researching them on HomeStars!!

Booking with them was very easy as you speak with the owner directly. I called a few other places before hand and it's a maze of voice prompts...etc. and even then it was going to be a few weeks out.

on the day of the appointment he called ahead of time to say he was going to be a few minutes late due to the weather that morning. a very nice touch as you never know if people will show up or not.

finally they use quality equipment that is designed for duct cleaning.

After doing some renovations we decided we needed to get our ducts cleaned. We called Dial one, and given the reviews on Homestars and the price they quoted, we hired them. They showed up on time and did the work. When we got our furnace serviced by our regular guys a while later, they commented on the fact that the duct cleaner did a great job, so that means a lot!

I bought a new construction house and just had a baby so I wanted to make sure the house was clean well. The service was good. Josh was professional, friendly and explained everything to me. I chose this company based on Homestars reviews. I am happy with the service that Dial One provided and my vents are now clean but I don't notice much difference with respect to air quality.

Although they got off to a rocky start (their equipment was not working!) on their first visit, they were very pleasant to deal with. Fabulous experience with Dial One. The technician (Wil) arrived exactly on time for the appointment, was friendly and courteous, educated me about a number of aspects about the cleaning and answered my numerous questions patiently. I was very keen to see all the dirt that came out of my vents and he made sure I could see it. This company appears to have invested well in their equipment and personnel. Prior to leaving I was told that they strive for a satisfaction guarantee so if I have any issue at all with the service, they will be happy to come back and look into it at no charge.

As a busy lawyer, I'm taking the time to write this to express my gratitude to both, Joe (owner) and Wil Ouellette (technician who came out to do the work). My first contact with the company was with Joe by phone. Joe's friendly, courteous and engaging manner won me over and gained my confidence instantaneously. Once Wil showed up, my initial impressions were confirmed and reinforced. Wil presented with an easy rapport, friendly disposition and obvious knowledge of what he was doing. Wil took the time to walk me through the process, explaining what he was doing and giving me helpful tips for the future. Wil completed the work in a timely fashion with plenty of energy, enthusiasm and competence. These guys know what they're doing and know how to keep the customer happy. I would recommend Wil (and Joe) to anyone.
