They were amazing. A crew of 3 (as promised) were on time, very friendly and did a great job, including cleaning the furnace dust,
bathroom fans and dryer vent. If I could give them more than 10 stars I would.

We needed to replace our end-of-life furnace and hot water tank. We got quotes from 6 different vendors across a large range of company sizes and prices. In the end we were drawn to Quality Home Comfort by several things. They were very knowledgeable and spent more time than any of the other vendors in assessing the details of our situation and the physical constraints of our furnace location. Various options were discussed along with the pros and cons of each. Kevin was meticulous in describing the nuances of various furnace vendors with regards to often-overlooked aspects such as warranty terms, ease of warranty claims, reliability and reparability. He was very courteous and quick to respond to any follow-up concerns. We were happy with the price as well. The work itself was done by Case and his partner over the span of one and a half days. I was very pleased with the work they did - it was clean, neatly organized, and they were very detail-oriented and diligent about doing things right rather than cutting corners. They worked straight through from 10AM-8PM on the first day, and then Case returned the following day to finish up a few remaining details. I found him to be very knowledgeable, meticulous, and courteous. I have no qualms about recommending these guys.

We had to replace our furnace after an inspection showed that our old one was no longer up to code and had to be shut off. After making a few calls and gathering a few quotes we went ahead with Quality Home Comfort. Kevin came the same day (on a Friday night no less!) to give us an in-person quote. I was impressed with his detailed answers to my questions and his personable approach.

His team came the next day. Case, the installer, was very thoughtful and also took the time to explain things to me. They were both incredibly professional and meticulous with the installation and follow-up.

We need to replace our hot water heater in the next year or so, I know exactly who I will be contacting when the time comes.

The AC was sitting right against the wall and we had to fix our foundation. Kevin was very responsive and was very upfront with all the costs associated with the work. He scheduled his colleague Kamal who disconnected and reconnected the AC in a very efficient and timely manner. An amazing team and I will definitely be contacting them for any future work.

Ilyas, Mehdi and Nitish did an amazing job. The team took great care with setting up and was thorough with cleaning. They explained the process , took us through the steps and showed us before and after photos. The results were INCREDIBLE. We can feel the difference..definitely a breath of fresh air! Kevin from Quality Home Comfort is a very effective communicator and was always flexible as getting the duct cleaning done at the house was complicated due to parking issues etc. He came up with a solution and was patient as weeks went by before the job could be done. The guys did very good work and the price was reasonable. I plan to use this company again for other jobs. 5 stars

We had a gas leak in our basement. I called Quality Home Comfort and they arrived the same day. David was very knowledgeable and was able to fix everything and turn the gas back on in a timely manner. Great job and value.
