I first read about Dial One on home stars when choosing a duct cleaning company. I am thrilled to report that I'm back on Homestars leaving a review for Dial One, the service was incredible! Fast, no hustle, easy going guys, didn't leave a mess! Just a great company to deal with!

Duct cleaning as a service in general is something that you MUST do regularly if you care for your respiratory system. The amount of dirt and dust that Dial One pulled out of our ducts was shocking. Joe was nice enough to explain how often these types of things have to be done and the dangers that not doing duct cleaning presents. I honestly wish I did this years ago, we've been in this house for 5 years (not a new home) and this is the first time we had our ducts cleaning... Its shocking how much environmental damage we underwent for those 5 years.

I highly recommend this company and getting duct cleaning done in general. I'm a first time home owner, and this is just one of those things I wasn't aware of, I didn't know duct cleaning is something that had to be done almost regularly. Our air became "less fresh" so I called a friend and he suggested that I call Dial One. They came the next day, brought all of their equipment in, ran some pipes throughout the house and and began cleaning. I could not believe how much dust and dirt was in our ducts, I mean we were breathing all of that in. For all first time home owners, I recommend getting duct cleaning done before you move in and I recommend Dial One for the job!

Dial One Duct cleaning is definitely a better business standard company. They immediately informed us of all the costs and stuck to them. They were punctual and did the job in the exact amount of time they told me over the phone, which was very important to me. I was pleased with the quality of the service and the professional attitude that was extended to our appointment. I picked this company over any other in Toronto and advise you do the same!

Good service, good guys, what more can I say.. Called them a few weeks ago, scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, when it was convenient for me. Did the job quickly, I was terrified to see what was in our ducts, I guess I should have done this years ago. They showed up in this firetruck looking thing, never seen anything like it, my 3year old son was thrilled!
