Duct cleaning as a service in general is something that you MUST do regularly if you care for your respiratory system. The amount of dirt and dust that Dial One pulled out of our ducts was shocking. Joe was nice enough to explain how often these types of things have to be done and the dangers that not doing duct cleaning presents. I honestly wish I did this years ago, we've been in this house for 5 years (not a new home) and this is the first time we had our ducts cleaning... Its shocking how much environmental damage we underwent for those 5 years.
