This is the second time we used Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning. I find all of their team wonderful but Wil was the technician on our first job in 2014. He left such a positive impression that I didn't look any farther than the reminder sticker to call them back! I highly recommend Dial One and will use them again.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I have used Dial One now for duct cleaning.

We had a lot of debris and dust in our ducts from a recent gut-renovation of our home and dial one came in and cleaned everything out thoroughly.

They gave me a fair price that included the whole house -- no nickel-and-diming on the number of vents or other extras. They also provided a return-customer discount.

They were as good as last time. I am happy with their work, and will continue to use and recommend their services.

Called & spoke to Joe who was very pleasant on the phone. Luckily enough they are just expanding to the Peterborough area. Wil who came to the house was also very nice & shared his knowledge throughout the process explaining what was being done & shared ideas on how to help keep the furnace running well. Really felt like he had mine (the customers) best interest in mind.

I had my ducts, furnace, A/C and dryer lint trap cleaned as part of the all inclusive package. Wil and Tyler were on time, friendly and professional. They took their time to explain everything that they were doing and showed me all the debris that was being cleaned out of my ducts! They also gave me suggestions on how to control air flow to different parts of my home and how to maintain the furnace and humidifier filters. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Joe always answers his phone and is very accommodating. Super nice guy and his price is comparable and much more affordable than the other companies.
Will who came to do the duct cleaning was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I could not believe how clean my vents were after. He also gave me some great feedback and great advice.
