Called & spoke to Joe who was very pleasant on the phone. Luckily enough they are just expanding to the Peterborough area. Wil who came to the house was also very nice & shared his knowledge throughout the process explaining what was being done & shared ideas on how to help keep the furnace running well. Really felt like he had mine (the customers) best interest in mind.
