Will from Dial One, scheduled to perform a residential duct cleaning in July 2016 did so admirably. He was precisely on time, explained what he was going to do, showed me some challenges that previous cleaners had done and completed the work as required.

I was also impressed with his ability to fix a simple knob on my humidifier that likely would have ended up costing me as much as the duct cleaning itself.

Second time we have used Dial One and once again, we are extremely happy. The service is exceptional, and our technician went above and beyond, even asking for my broom and dustpan after some dust fell out from a return vent when he had to remove it to clean. Swept up any mess that was made. Furniture was moved with great care to access some vents, and put back afterwards. I was so happy with the friendly, special attention to detail, and above and beyond service that I happily gave a tip in addition to what I was charged. I will recommend Dial One to all of my friends and neighbours.

Wil came to my house to clean the air ducts after a major renovation and the service he provided was excellent. He explained the whole duct cleaning process he was going to do and did a very thorough job. His policy of never leaving a mess behind is a blessing to home owners. It's hard to trust people now a days especially having tricked with fly by night companies. Did my drive way and after six months, there was a hole in the middle of my driveway! When I saw the review here in homestars and talked to Joe over the phone, I knew I had to right company. He was accommodating and assured me of my concerns. I lost my watch but not sure if it's in the vent. Unlike other companies I called, they just brushed me off and said that if it's there then it's gone. But Joe listened with compassion and told me that they will try their best to help me with my situation.

Tyler who came to my house and did the service, was excellent!!! He was professional, efficient and truly cared about my concerns. He is very accommodating as well, nice and really did his very best to help me find my watch. Although he only found toys but it was comforting to know he really tried. I called Jon based on reviews from Homestars, and he was very pleasant and helpful. I chose Dial One because they had great reviews on Homestars and because their prices were very competitive. Jon's team (Tyler and Kyle) showed up today, and provided a very thorough cleaning of our ducts, dryer vent and central vacuum cleaner. My husband said that their job was much more thorough than other duct cleaning jobs we've had in the past. They also made some recommendations on how to maintain our furnace, which was much appreciated. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I've had my ducts cleaned before using a groupon deal. When Will showed me the ball of cat hair he was able to suck out of he cracks of my furnace, I was shocked. I know the previous owner did not have a cat, so that tells you how long that was sitting in out duct work. Very thorough and I highly recommend them.
