Marie, I am so sorry you feel this way! Eavestrough does not cause water to come into a home. Even if eavestrough is removed and left off water should not come into the home. We are also so surprised you feel like this being as we even came back and installed over 200 feet of custom bent drip edge free of charge in attempts to help with your problem. As you can see it is very rare we have an unsatisfied customers and we would like to extend an invitation for you to reach out to allow us the opportunity to fix any type of deficiency with the project. After some discussion here on our end we feel very strong that interior water damage does not result from eavestrough. The flat roof above the water damage shown in the picture is the source of the problem. That being said if there is anything we can do to be of assistance please do not hesitate to contact us as we are here and always do our best to please our clients.

Fernando I would like to formally apologize that this project did not go 100% smooth. Sometimes weather sometimes sickness and many other factors sometimes contribute to timing issues.
