I was called the day a before (a Wednesday) and was told that everyone would be there at 8:30 the next day. I was also told that the job would done in one day. I had arranged to be home that Thursday in case they need anything from me since I had a work trip coming up the next week. On the Thursday the shingles were dropped off before noon by a different company and no crew was there at the time including the project manager. That caused a problem since they did not know exactly where to drop them off. The project manager came at 2 and still no crew. Finally the crew came at 4 and started. They did about a 1/4 of the roof that day. The next day they didn't come until later in the day. The project manager mentioned another job was causing the delay. They finished just over about 1/2 the roof overall. Since this was a Friday, nothing was done during the weekend. The roof was not done until Tuesday. That does not include the eaves troughs which took the next 2 days. The project manager told that they had a problem with the person doing the eaves troughs. After the job was done and the project manager come by I mentioned a nail that I saw on the roof. He said that we would take care of it. Two days later I noticed it again and went up myself. I not only found that nail but 4 hands full, a knife blade and a screwdriver in the eaves troughs. All in all the roof does look good, but things like the nails have upset me.

Fernando I would like to formally apologize that this project did not go 100% smooth. Sometimes weather sometimes sickness and many other factors sometimes contribute to timing issues. That being said we don't like to make excuses. We are sorry we only satisfied you to a 7 rating as we are always aiming for 10 or higher.
