I hired D'Angelo & Sons to replace my eaves and cap the back door stoop off the 2nd story deck. It ahs been a nightmare ever since they stepped foot on my property. Bad eaves job, gaps, they left all the garbage around my house. The end of the eaves is like a waterfall, the capping on the 2nd floor back door is now creating another waterfall down the back of my house on to that deck. I only fixed the capping to prevent water dripping now I have a wet wall and deck. I have nothing good to say about the job or my service with this company. And the workers that came well, lets just say there are still things that are imprinted on our minds that refuse to go away!

Recently got my roof replaced. Sales Representative was awesome and the roofing crew were great to deal with. The only downside with this company was the back of house (office) or scheduling department. My roof replacement date was pushed off twice and their bin was/still is parked in my driveway now for longer than 2 weeks.

From start to finish I was impressed by this company - they delivered on time and on budget. Office staff were helpful and courteous. Sales staff were patient, thorough, and not pushy... and finally the roofers were punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this roofing company to family and friends. Thanks Andy - you can be proud of this company.

My experience with D'Angelo & Sons was truly an excellent experience. I met with Carlos ( Estimator) Shortly after deciding to hire D'Angelo for my roof replacement. Carlos walked me through the installation process explained the roofing material options available, provided his cell number and informed me I could call anytime if I had any questions or concerns.
The roofing crew called me before they arrived on site and were on time to start the work. The crew were friendly and kept me informed on their progress. I was very pleased with the finished product and was impressed with the extra time they put in to ensure the roof was perfect. The cleanup was top notch, with not a speck of material, nails etc. to be found.
I have dealt with other roofing companies in the past who have been good however D'Angelo & Sons surpassed my expectations.

The crew worked in a thorough and timely manner. Respectful of our property. Willing to answer any questions. Team leader walked me through the job when completed. Good job cleaning the worksite. Recommended and I would use this company again.

We hired D'Angelo to replace our roof back in July. The initial visit, inspection, consultation was very good. That, combined with many positive reviews left us feeling comfortable about the choice. That's about as good as it got. The story is too long to tell here however I can sum up as follows;
- excellent sales presentation.
- poor communication from office personnel.
- questionable practices of the crew leaving me with little confidence in the work that has been done. Arrived late, left my home with two unprotected vent holes overnight despite promise they would return; vent caps were not installed over holes, caulking that wasn't done. the list goes on and it took multiple visits to get it done satisfactorily.

This was the worst contracting experience we have ever had. What's even worse is when I prepared lengthy letter for the owner of the company (sent by email and snail mail), it was not responded to. These people are either way too busy or simply don't care about their customers. .

Needless to say they aren't on our recommend company list.

We selected D'Angelo over two other roofing companies, essentially because of Frank, who was our sales represntative. He was professional in assessing our needs and recommending the best options. In addition to providing a detailed estimate he presented WSIB and third party proof of insurance. Kyle and Nick headed up our roofing crew. They arrived when scheduled, worked efficiently, safely and cleaned up thoroughly. We think we have an excellent roof in terms of materials and workmanship. We recommend Frank and the Kyle and Nick crew without reservation.

This is an update to my original review. I was contacted and the matter was resolved to my utmost satisfaction. I am thrilled that the company took my frustration seriously and rectified it. Not many companies realize that when it comes right down to it, how a customer is treated is the biggest difference between competitors. Now I am very happy and will go on to call D'Angelo for my roof when it comes time, as well as recommending them to anyone. Thank you for taking me seriously and for resolving the problem!

Got a quote and paid $150.00 deposit in June. Said I would be contacted shortly to set up an appointment for the work. Nothing. I called in July. Said my name was on the list and would be contacted soon. Nothing. I called in August, said I would be called by the 17th. On the 19th I called and said I wanted my deposit back, which I of course got. My advice is call someone else. Terrible service.

Montana and his team were great. Came on time. Were very efficient and cleaned up nicely. Very nice people to work with all around. Would definitely recommend them! Make sure to ask for Montana!!

Very easy to book service, the sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The job itself was completed quickly and professionally with no hassle at all. Will definitely recommend to friends if asked.
