This is an update to my original review. I was contacted and the matter was resolved to my utmost satisfaction. I am thrilled that the company took my frustration seriously and rectified it. Not many companies realize that when it comes right down to it, how a customer is treated is the biggest difference between competitors. Now I am very happy and will go on to call D'Angelo for my roof when it comes time, as well as recommending them to anyone. Thank you for taking me seriously and for resolving the problem!
Got a quote and paid $150.00 deposit in June. Said I would be contacted shortly to set up an appointment for the work. Nothing. I called in July. Said my name was on the list and would be contacted soon. Nothing. I called in August, said I would be called by the 17th. On the 19th I called and said I wanted my deposit back, which I of course got. My advice is call someone else. Terrible service.

We did try to confirm your contract as some details were unclear before we started the project, but you were out of the country and were not able to communicate as quickly as wanted.
The sales representative was unable to confirm the details as he is off on Medical leave of absence, and is currently going through chemo treatment. That being said, your situation is rare and is not how we do business. Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience and are hopefully that in the future we can redeem ourselves to you.
