Fantastic experience from start to finish! The crew was friendly, polite, very hard workers and did a great job! The job site was kept clean and they were pleasant to have around. I am very happy and would highly recommend D'Angelo & Sons - truly a company that takes pride in what they do!

I was very pleased with D'Angelo's service and work. Jeremie (sales) was easy easy to deal with. The installers worked hard to get the job done and they cleaned up after themselves. (which is important to me) Communication between sales, service and myself was excellent.

Excellent service which began with Aaron D'Angelo, then followed with Jennifer from Scheduling and the on-site crew who performed the work. Crew showed-up prior to 7:30a and worked, with minimal breaks, until approximately 9:00p. Great guys and workmanship!! A couple returned the following morning to finish-up a small section and they were done within an hour. No hesitation in recommending this roofing company. They know what customer service is all about!

They were only hereSorry! But this is not going to be positive feedback! The service we got from the sales rep was outstanding and courteous hence why we chose to go with D'Angelo Roofing to do our roof. However, when it came to the actual job. We are super disappointed and not happy at all! We just got our roof replaced this weekend, we were told that they were coming Saturday and if it rained then they would only come Tuesday, we informed the booking rep that we were going to be away for the weekend and she said we did not need to be home. It rained Saturday, so they did not come, therefore we assumed as the rep told us that they were only going to come back on Tuesday, that was not the case, they came on the Sunday (of a long weekend) and started working at 7:30 am. We received phones calls from neighbours complaining about this. They ended up leaving shortly after 12:30 pm and were finished. Let me tell you... we couldn't wait to get home to see our new roof! Boy! Were we totally disappointed when we pulled up! 1. We were told the the gutters would be cleaned out and from what we see in the lower gutters that has not been the case! They are full and in some areas clogged. 2. The flashing on the walls were not put back the same way they were prior, they are not stretched out against the wall they were poorly put back and are bubbling. (I have pictures taken 2 weeks before this weekend and the flashing was perfectly normal). 3. The bottom of the gutter along one side of the house is terribly dirty of black shingle residue/dirt which is also along the side of the house on the brick. 4. In some areas where the shingles were separated to fit the area pieces are hanging from it. As today is a holiday, we will be calling first thing tomorrow morning. I really hope the company will turn this experience into a positive one! Right now... all I can say is the job that they did seems to have been a "let's get some hours in, since it was a rainy week all week and rush through this one" kind of job!!! They were only here for 5hrs and definitely rushed through it!! (I have back and forth text messages from my neighbour who was updating us all morning to prove this.).
It's sad to say, that I am sitting on my front steps as I am writing this and have had 2 different neighbours approach us to say if we were them they would not be happy about the service and how they represented themselves while they were here.

Needed a repair done on our roof. Called D'Angelo. it was winter so they said it would be on a day that they could get to it. Charged 600.00 for replacing between 1 and 20 shingles. Replaced half a dozen which blew off a couple weeks later. They came back to fix the roof again when we were not at home and when i went to look at the repair i couldn't believe my eyes. Our roof is black and they had used brown shingles. i will post a picture when i can find it. Left it for a couple of days thinking they had just done that to protect it from the weather and would come back to put the proper shingles on. No such luck. My wife called the office and was told we had used up the 600.00 they had charged us. Unbelievable. Two botched repairs and somehow it is our fault. Never came back to repair the roof properly, no apology, just disappeared. wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy to have his dog house shingled. Good luck if you use them.

They came on time on the day the appointment was scheduled and finished the job earlier than expected. The person in charge (Cory) was great and friendly and they even swept the driveway when they removed the bin. All in all a hassle free project

I will never go to or recommend D'angelo to anyone. Their sales person was pompous and arrogant, making promises, that were denounced by management. ( he promised a critter free environment, yet we got bats in our attic immediately after new roofing installation.). Management distanced themselves from financial responsibility, and we were left with a substantial bat exclusion payment. The down spouts were poorly in stalled, with no strapping, and twice, they fell, during recent rain storms. In spit of their clean up warranty, numerous roofing nails were found around the house,and on the driveway. To add insult to injury, the bat exclusion personal (a former roofer), spent an unecessary amount of time, securing a poorly installed eves trough. Be ware Of a public profile that does not support their claims of excellence and support.

Our old eaves were in need of replacement, had gotten a few quotes from other companies. Decided to go with D'Angelo & Sons, sales pitch was "smooth".. However I received a called due to the rains we had , it would be at least Two weeks before the job would start. We were fine with that. I was told at that time I would get a call before the work started Never happened. The workers showed up without Notice, that put a dark tone to the work. Our eaves do look better. Clean up was very poor, when our salesman)Ian) showed up too get a look he picked up nails as well. I informed Ian of the lack of cleanup he asked if I took pictures wish I had. Ian also took pictures of a few issue we had with the workmanship, we have Not heared back. Only for final payment, which was also a subject we put a credit card for down payment. When job was done they wanted a cheque, we informed Ian we would be paying remaining balance by Same credit card(points). Cheque payment was never discussed at anytime! So in closing set up of this company is "smooth " Read their contract closely Before you sign up.. They also do Roofing , burnt once is enough for us!!

We were most impressed with the work done at our house. Ryan Tanney and his crew were 1st class – courteous, professional, with excellent workmanship. Absolutely no complaints. It was obvious to us that Ryan takes great personal pride in his work – a perfectionist!!
We certainly won’t hesitate to recommend D’Angelo’s to our friends and neighbours.

Had our roof damaged in the wind storm back in March and searched around for good reputable company found these guys to appear to stand with their word, quote was a little higher than others but wanted to be safe. Also told they do al the work themselves, no sub trades and ensure everything is done right. After waiting for almost 2 months they finally came and just happened to be the day after Glen our sales guy drove by and we asked him what was taking so long, heard they were busy because of the rain but I think they just forgot, but didn't forget to cash the deposit cheque on time. So first day lots of guys showed up and knocked off most of the roof. Second day only 3 guys came and first thing guy wants is more money because there was another layer to come off they missed in the quote, okay but not my fault but we pay anyway, not sure of these crew they say newer guys but if that's their employees then bad. They broke garden ornaments, used my extension ladder and took it apart in 2 pieces and did not put back together and left a complete mess on my property and that of the neighbors, and broke my eaves trough. Metal flashing guy came did the front of the house but not around the chimney, told it wasn't needed and wasn't quoted, well I know I asked all of it when we added this and was told yes, but guess not. Sales guy came back around to follow up and showed him all the garbage and nails and stuff I collected just off the ground, he agreed it was very bad and should not be like that, told him I can imagine what the eaves look like and that I was going to clean them on the weekend, was told nope we will get someone here to do that, well I did it June 3rd and have another bucket of nails, wood and shingles. So I am happy with the quality of the product I chose, happy with the colours I chose, happy that they showed up almost 2 months later to do the work. But am not happy with the clean up I was promised,with the damages to my property and house ( yes I know it was a cheap garden ornament) but the eaves trough isn't cheap, my ladder wasn't cheap. Anyway will likely never recommend this company to anyone else. Didn't ask them to pay or replace anything just do what they said. So we will see in a few years if the quality of work on the roof was better than the quality of following through with what they say they do. lesson learned
