They were only hereSorry! But this is not going to be positive feedback! The service we got from the sales rep was outstanding and courteous hence why we chose to go with D'Angelo Roofing to do our roof. However, when it came to the actual job. We are super disappointed and not happy at all! We just got our roof replaced this weekend, we were told that they were coming Saturday and if it rained then they would only come Tuesday, we informed the booking rep that we were going to be away for the weekend and she said we did not need to be home. It rained Saturday, so they did not come, therefore we assumed as the rep told us that they were only going to come back on Tuesday, that was not the case, they came on the Sunday (of a long weekend) and started working at 7:30 am. We received phones calls from neighbours complaining about this. They ended up leaving shortly after 12:30 pm and were finished. Let me tell you... we couldn't wait to get home to see our new roof! Boy! Were we totally disappointed when we pulled up! 1. We were told the the gutters would be cleaned out and from what we see in the lower gutters that has not been the case! They are full and in some areas clogged. 2. The flashing on the walls were not put back the same way they were prior, they are not stretched out against the wall they were poorly put back and are bubbling. (I have pictures taken 2 weeks before this weekend and the flashing was perfectly normal). 3. The bottom of the gutter along one side of the house is terribly dirty of black shingle residue/dirt which is also along the side of the house on the brick. 4. In some areas where the shingles were separated to fit the area pieces are hanging from it. As today is a holiday, we will be calling first thing tomorrow morning. I really hope the company will turn this experience into a positive one! Right now... all I can say is the job that they did seems to have been a "let's get some hours in, since it was a rainy week all week and rush through this one" kind of job!!! They were only here for 5hrs and definitely rushed through it!! (I have back and forth text messages from my neighbour who was updating us all morning to prove this.). It's sad to say, that I am sitting on my front steps as I am writing this and have had 2 different neighbours approach us to say if we were them they would not be happy about the service and how they represented themselves while they were here.
