Many people like you just want a clean transaction. They want to know every detail about the home. Funny enough I just did another home in Lelieville today for a pre-listing, and I looked at the homeowner’s previous inspection report when they bought the home three years ago. It makes no mention of the knob and tube wire that was scattered all over the main and top floors! Not really what the homeowner wants to hear, but hey, at least now it won’t be an issue. Like I had mentioned over the initial phone call, you've really got to watch those first phase homes that were put up in Milton about 10 years or so ago. Well well my new Danish friend and new neighbour! Welcome to the best neighbourhood in the GTA! ;-) I must admit I smiled when you first called and told me the area you were moving to. I knew you would love it here! Well, that and the fact I knew there would be no traffic from one end of my street to the other. What a beauty mid century home you've just bought yourself. Yes, you can fill it will all that funny looking Scandinavian furniture you want, total "Dwell" magazine stuff, that jet age atomic stuff that looks uncomfortable and makes no sense.
