I contacted Brent over a holiday weekend looking for a quick home inspection. He was able to inspect the house the next day - on a holiday. Brent was very thorough and efficient. He went through the entire checklist with my husband and explained all of the repairs involved and what they would cost. With a report and pictures in hand we felt more comfortable about our purchase.

No question about it, something shady with that listing agent. I would swear if I had stopped suddenly she would have walked into me. Sometimes when people do that it makes me feel as if there is going to be something hidden. Oh well, I just ripped the house apart! Yes, there were issues, however overall, a very nice home.
