Brent gave a thorough inspection of a property that I was looking to purchase. I asked him to come take a look at the property on a short notice and after usual business hours. He's knowledgeable and friendly. Although I didn't end up purchasing the property, I feel that his services was well worth the cost.

Brent did a great job. He was very professional and thorough during the inspection. He went through everything and gave us a list of things to address with our builder for the 1 year warranty. We are very happy with Brent and would recommend him. Thanks for the peace of mind, Brent!

Brent was very thorough in doing our home inspection. Everything inside and outside, no matter how small, was checked. It was done as our 2-year Tarion warranty is to expire soon and Brent even filled out the forms we need to submit to Tarion.
