Highly recommend Chris for any household appliance repair. Our Kenmore laundry machine drained water all over our floor. Chris responded immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem, and returned with the part a day later (Saturday - his day off) to install. While he was picking up the part, we discovered water in our basement. Chris spend 20 mins with us on the phone (his day off) directing us how to investigate and diagnosis the source of the leak. Ultimately, it was unrelated and required a plumber, but Chris went the extra mile to help us nonetheless. Our laundry machine was then fixed right, the first time. Throughout the entire process, he was genuine, professional, polite. He wanted to ensure we didn't spend money that wasn't required. I highly recommend Chris and Uptown Appliance.
