My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home and did a bit of research to ensure we went with a reliable home inspector.

We found Brent through the Homestars website and decided to go with him after seeing all the positive reviews. What we found particularly reassuring is that unlike larger companies that employ or outsource different individuals to do the work, you know exactly who will show up when you use Classic Home Inspections (Brent!) as well as the quality of service provided (excellent!). The sellers of our house did provide a pre-inspection report (from one of the large inspection companies), but as first time home buyers, we wanted to have someone walk us through each room and explain anything that might be of concern either now or down the road. Brent did just that. He's very thorough and I would highly recommend him and his company!

Brent was excellent! Provided stellar service from start to finish. Was flexible and able to accommodate us at the last minute. Gave a very detailed report at the end of the inspection and dozens of photographs emailed the next day. Very pleasant to deal with too. Would highly recommend!
