We found Brent through the Homestars website and decided to go with him after seeing all the positive reviews. What we found particularly reassuring is that unlike larger companies that employ or outsource different individuals to do the work, you know exactly who will show up when you use Classic Home Inspections (Brent!) as well as the quality of service provided (excellent!). The sellers of our house did provide a pre-inspection report (from one of the large inspection companies), but as first time home buyers, we wanted to have someone walk us through each room and explain anything that might be of concern either now or down the road. Brent did just that. He's very thorough and I would highly recommend him and his company!

Yes Cindy, you're right, many companies do outsource for their inspectors, including the big guy on tv who runs around telling everyone how to do their job. Nope, not here at Classic Home Inspections. I never know what to say about the sellers pre-listing inspection report. Many are very good...many are very bad.
