My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home and did a bit of research to ensure we went with a reliable home inspector. The inspection was thorough and we were encouraged to ask questions and be involved. We were sent an electronic album of the photos and a full inspection report – which we used to negotiate the buying price down a few thousand :) We will definitely refer Classic Home Inspections to anyone looking for an honest and educated inspector.
