Khanh, thank you so much for taking the time and leaving me a review. I really appreciate you doing this for me. You know it's funny, when you told me about that other home inspector that you used a week ago, I simply shook my head when you told me that he simply walked up to the house, told you that the home was older than he thought, and upped the price $50 on you. For what? Because the house was a little older than he thought? I inspected a home from 1802. I didn't charge extra. A home inspector shouldn't care how old the home is. It's just we have to look for different things, that's it. To me, he just ripped you off an extra $50 bucks for no reason whatsoever. Oh well, I can see that you didn't call him back either for the next inspection! Thanks so much again Khanh! Thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections!

However, you and I know there will be a better one out there for you. That was such a nice area. That was the best! I can't believe that other buyer’s realtor actually was sooooo persistent in asking me questions. It was like, “are you for real " ... go hire a home inspector!!!” The best is when she called up the listing agent then passed the phone over to me to speak with her after I deliberately misinformed that agent regarding the wiring of the home. The listing agent started ripping into me then she realized what I was actually doing and found it amusing. Thanks so much again Vishan!
