Our kitchen sink started backing up... we called Brothers and jason Genam whom we have worked with before came over promptly. This was not an easy problem to fix but Jason worked for several hours on it giving us regular updates and eventually with some difficulty was able to fix the problem without having to break through the drywall in the basement to get at the trap!

It all started when my partner was taking a shower and all of a sudden he noticed the water was starting to fill up in the tub. we tried to fix the problem by putting some drain-0 in the tub but that did not work. in a panic I had called brothers plumbing ( we had heard there add before) and they had sent us a plumber named Jason. He seemed very knowledgeable and solved the problem using the snake. he also recommended a product that would keep our drains clear - So far so good

We had Jason come to our condo for various plumbing repairs not long ago. He explained everything in detail, and did a fine job. Would definitely refer Jason from Brothers Plumbing to friends and family!

Jason replaced new galvanized water pipes at house. A drip from the ceiling was discovered. It took 3 attempts, 3 different plumbers to resolve issue. On Sept 14, Shaun, 3rd plumber came to investigate. He is good and knows his work. I showed pictures of punctured hole as my brother investigated. A slight puncture at toilet drainage pipe caused drip. Accidents happen. How they are resolved is the core issue. Shaun telephoned his boss and asked if he would be willing t replace pipe at their expense as it was punctured by Jason, costs would be well over $1000. Not approved. Alternative is to patch hole with epoxy. I asked if it is guaranteed. Shaun phoned office and said yes it was approved and guaranteed for life. I felt at ease. Lisa the office manager promised to email guarantee, but she said it will be a 25 year guarantee only. I phoned 10 times over 2 months trying to get the 25 year guarantee. Never sent. Lisa delayed the promise of guarantee each week with an excuse. She has hung up on me. Its impossible to speak to Tony who is the owner as Lisa oversees the office . I highly do not recommend Brothers as they promise guarantees but honestly they don’t follow through. If you deal with Brothers please be very careful with Lisa the office manager as she is unprofessional and compromises the integrity of the company. Proof is available through pictures of the puncture. Shaun as a witness regarding the 25 year guarantee. To this day no response.

I called Brothers plumbing because I had used them once before when we bought our house 10 years ago and the service then was amazing. I am very happy I called them again. Customer service is huge in my books so when I left a message on their website and received a call back within 24 hours, this was a great start. Throughout the week while the work was being done, Lisa kept me updated continuously and always set my mind at ease if a problem arose. I have to give huge credits to her team as well as the job was not an easy one to handle but they completed the work in less time than I had anticipated. very excited now to be able to make use of a long neglected portion of our home and Brothers Plumbing gets an A+ for Customer Service, Outstanding Expertise in their Field and True Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed. And yes, I am much more than satisfied. Thank you Lisa and your team for all that you have done for us. Keep up the superb work!!

My husband and I purchased a renovated home, we discovered water spots in our ceiling within a few months. I called Brother's to check out the situation. I received a follow up call from Serviceman: Jason within an hour of placing the call to arrange a time to come to our home. He even called the following day to let me know he would be arriving in 10 minutes. Upon arrival he displayed professionalism and a vast amount of knowledge towards our plumbing challenges. He was able to assess the situation quickly and provided options and a quote for repair. We will be moving forward to repair the toilets based on Jason's recommendations. Great experience and value dealing with Jason and the team at Brothers.

I called because the drain in the basement had backed up during the recent storms. When the guy came, he took a look and said that there was not much he could do just stuff the drains with a plastic bag & duck tape over. The downspouts were the issue and needed to be disconnected (which we did after the 2nd flood). He charged me $ 175 for being here for 10 minutes and not doing anything. It's partially my fault for not asking, but they should have advised what their call out rate is, as that seems really steep for nothing.....

We discovered Brothers Plumbing several years ago when we had some serious plumbing problems in our older home. They are so efficient, knowledgeable and reliable, we continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs. All of their people – from the amazing Lisa who runs the office and does the scheduling, to the incredible plumber Sean who looks far too young to be so experienced – are a delight to deal with. AND, their Labour Crew are also very skilled and truly know what they are doing. When Rick says the job is completed, it really is – the job site is cleaned up so well, it may be difficult to tell they were ever there! They make a great team!!

May 10 2016: connection between a copper pipe and a galvanized pipe replaced - 30 min job. Total bill was $632.80. Original copper pipes had been installed by Brothers several years ago
May 17/31: E mailed complaint (X 2)
June 10th: Called, spoke to someone - "we will look into it"
July 5th: NO response or follow up; called again

This company does not respect its clients; this company does not provide a breakdown of charges (labour, materials, fees); this company overcharges; this company should be avoided
